EquitAI is an open initiative exploring how AI can support migrant women — and everyone whose path doesn't fit the standard template — to find work with confidence and clarity.
THE MISSION
Built at the intersection of

EquitAI was born in the GRAILS 2025 programme at Elisava (Barcelona School of Design and Engineering). Our mission is to create human-centred, ethical AI tools that reduce workplace inequality and support those most often left out of professional systems — especially migrant women.
We are designing for social impact. Our work is openly aligned with SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
